Let's do this. What we need: a white sheet of paper (A-4), a pencil, paints, a jar of water. Remember, imagine the feeling you want to say goodbye to.1. Place A-4 sheet of paper in front of you, close your eyes and draw an outline (if you are “right-handed,” draw with your left hand, and vice versa).2. Crumple this sheet as best you can, dip it in water, wet it completely, “bathe” it properly.3. Unfold a piece of paper and use paint to create a new image.4. Then take a small piece of paper, pencils and carefully examine the created picture. Write down how she “responds” on a piece of paper and leave it next to the drawing.5. Now look at the drawing again, read what you wrote - if you want to add it, then add it.6. Answer the questions: - What was the original name of the feeling you worked with? - What is it called now? - How did this drawing resonate with you? - How does it relate to your life? Or: What does this drawing tell you about from your life? Then do with the drawing what you want. This exercise can help get rid of those manifestations that you may not like or even create interference in communication, at work, in everyday life, in solving important problems and achieving vital goals. These could be: fears, anxiety, anger, anger, uncertainty, aggression and many others. Of course, this is not a panacea and the effect will be more significant if you use this exercise in combination with others aimed at improving the emotional and sensory state; perhaps in addition to full-fledged therapy, psychological consultation, etc. However, even using only this exercise can alleviate the influence and impact of negative emotions and feelings on the human psyche.
