From the author: Today I received a question. He is very personal and very sincere. This is a very good question! Every person thinks about the meaning of his life. This is a very difficult question, despite the apparent naivety. Deep and philosophical. Question: “How to express yourself? Sometimes I think about those who do charity work. For some reason I don’t see myself in this, and in general sometimes I catch myself thinking that I’m fixated on my own life. Others bring benefits, feeling that they are needed. And I'm stewing in my problems."And I don't know the answer to that. I can only speculate. Charity is not an end in itself. This is not an entry in the card of your life, with the mark “counts”. Within the framework of accepted conventions, you are good if you do good things - do what is considered right and you will receive respect from society, absolution or working off karma. Everything is very conditional. Often, charitable organizations simply take over the functions of those government agencies or organizations that must deal with this due to their direct responsibilities. That is, they do not solve the problem at the root, but shift it onto their fragile but reliable shoulders. As a person who has been involved in charitable projects, I can say that there are very good projects that help specific people. Some are dubious and slightly guilty of self-promotion of those who carry them out. Many “unlucky ones” manipulate and play on our sentimentality. Sometimes, by giving someone the status of “special”, we cause them more harm than help. And for some, friendly support at the right moment turns out to be the starting point and changes their whole life for the better. This is a broad resonant topic, and my opinion may differ from the public. One thing is for sure: charity is not the only right path. So, if you don’t see yourself “in rags, generously handing out mercy to the unfortunate of this world” - that’s normal. The question is where and in what will you find yourself. Search! Maybe your smile is enough for humanity? Maybe your good mood fills our noosphere with so many nanopoints (invented by me, has no scientific value) that it will change the further course of life on Earth. Well, for example. Or maybe your task, in the conditions of your life, is to raise sons, simply two worthy people who will give birth to many more equally worthy ones and thereby clear your personal karma by 99.00099%? Or maybe there is no karma and... that's all. Think. Live!!!
