Quite often you can hear from people that stress causes physical illness. That diseases are formed from anger, greed, fear, mistrust and other emotions. And this is not entirely true. The body reacts with a painful state when a person does not recognize some feeling or emotion in himself, when there is no opportunity to express himself and react as his internal bodily reaction “requires”. I'll tell you more with an example. A girl named Ksenia suffers from regular pain. Once she learned in her family that a woman should not be aggressive, that a woman in the modern world should suppress her aggression and not show this emotion. You can’t be offended either, because then you’ll have to show your vulnerability and immaturity. Her mother and grandmother thought so, because this was the only way they could survive - earn money for food, study, and defend their borders. This was the only way they knew how. And it was precisely these strategies that my parents taught their little Ksyushenka with great love and care. The parents taught the girl to grow up. In her childhood, the girl Ksyusha decided that her mother did not like resentment, anger and irritation, her grandmother did not like her, and her father could not stand these emotions at all. It is difficult for a small child to separate his feeling, his emotion and himself, it is difficult to realize the emotion - this is not the whole of Ksenia. Therefore, the girl decided that she herself was displeasing to her parents when she became angry, resentful and irritated. The result was a simple and logical conclusion - I shouldn’t be angry or offended. Even when Ksenia grew up, she continued to live with this internal decision, denying the regularly arising resentment and anger inside herself. As soon as a situation began to occur that could anger Ksyusha, Ksenia’s body reacted - the pulse quickened, the blood pressure increased under the influence of adrenaline, gas exchange increased, the bronchi dilated, the pupils enlarged, etc. But Ksyusha learned from childhood not to pay attention to this bodily reaction, because “good” people don’t behave that way. As a result, her physiology took on the task of "living" her feelings. For biology, the main task is to survive, and how the organism will live is already an insignificant question. And Ksenia began to experience pain regularly. After Ksenia learned to show her resentment, to live through her anger, speaking in honest communication with loved ones, removing the isolation and drama of the events, there was no longer a need for pain to be present in the body of a beautiful girl. It is important to develop the skill of your inner observer. Learn to understand your true feelings, emotions and sensations. It is important to learn open communication with the world.
