From the author: good career guidance is the key to success! Lately I have been regularly giving lectures on career guidance. (After spending three or four times, I understood a lot myself) During a career guidance lecture, we actively use a presentation, showing slides with various information. My colleague and I have formed a great team. Which almost always allows us to get applause at the end of the lecture. And what’s more, after both the children and parents liked us, the psychologist, the teachers, and the school principal immediately began to like us. And this has a positive effect on our relationship with them - and they happily invite us to their place again. Close cooperation is already brewing with some of the Minsk schools. Firstly, the throat does not strain - since the material is divided - and we take turns. Secondly, it is convenient when one leafs through the presentation, and the second tells it. Here we still need to work out a couple of techniques and schemes - and then there will be no price for us at all. Thirdly, everyone tells information that he likes - which turns out to be more emotionally incendiary and more competent. Fourthly, people are ready to hear some information only from a man, and some only from a woman - and accordingly, our style of presenting information is much more effective. I would list more advantages, but I think these are enough. The presentation contains a lot of valuable information: 1) about how to correctly and effectively engage in vocational guidance2) about the state of the labor market3) about ways to obtain a profession4) about passing grades in educational institutions5) about the rules for admission6) for a snack we always have a little humor Presentation is an obligatory part of the Marlezon ballet. There is also an optional and sometimes informal part - live communication with visiting students and their parents. Interaction with the audience is a very important factor that directly affects the success of the event. Periodically after the lecture we are asked questions that can be either clarifying information or a very specific consultation request. And then, depending on the situation, we can recommend either the services of our information department, or our own individual and group consultations or classes with training elements. Thank you for your attention!
