From the author: "Mobbing" - as a painful socio-psychological phenomenon... Mobbing (mob - crowd) - "bullying", psychological pressure, pressure, moral violence and oppression by a group persons of any individual in a group. With the aim of causing this person emotional, and sometimes physical harm, damage. In every team or group of people, various psychological interactions, likes and dislikes take place... Someone can irritate someone, and sympathize with someone at the same time. Manifestations of mobbing are akin to aggressive attitude, which can be expressed in ignoring, direct or indirect emotional bullying, negative physical impact... There is an opinion that the origins of mobbing are in the family. Where moral pressure is considered natural and almost all controversial issues are resolved from a position of force, shouting, threats... A child, like a sponge, absorbs the energy and “smell” of such relationships. And then, subsequently, he applies the acquired “skills” both in his future family (according to the scenario) and in social relationships. For a child overloaded with fear, guilt, shame, excessive internal tension and anxiety due to conflicts in the family is not may feel safe. He needs to defend himself almost constantly... After all, he is very scared internally. And in this sense, he is always ready for self-defense and his external behavior shows that “the best form of defense is attack”... Such children “bully” others, conflict with them - and thus assert themselves, becoming, as it were, bolder and more self-confident. But in reality, it is bolder on the outside and more complicated on the inside... Where does such a phenomenon manifest itself in society? Mobbing, as a social phenomenon, almost always exists. Where people gather and have interpersonal relationships with each other. It all starts in kindergarten, when the teacher, for example, shows her negativity towards a particular child. And, accordingly, while pleasing her, other children continue to support her attitude... They can inform on him, not play with him, try in every possible way to offend him and make him feel bad, hurt... This is how self-affirmation can develop at someone else’s expense: someone feels bad - that means he is “weak,” and I am “strong.” Later in school, this phenomenon continues to bloom “wildly.” If the teacher is indifferent to the psychological climate in the class, he is interested, first of all, in only a beautiful, prosperous external picture-shell and “ demonstrative" results of students, then mobbing develops, in this case, very actively. Affecting the mental state of those students who fall under its blows. After all, it is authoritative adults who set moral guidelines for children... In such a case, a child in the class may be psychologically bullied, humiliated, insulted, distanced from him, not included in common affairs and simply not made friends with him... And making him feel guilty... In this case, the child feels in social and psychological isolation, lonely and rejected... If such a phenomenon already occurs in the class, then it must be “treated” urgently and immediately, raising , at the same time, healthy, respectful and friendly relationships between children. It is the direct responsibility of the teacher to maintain an emotionally comfortable environment in the classroom. Only in such a favorable environment do children develop a desire to learn and experience something new. And this quality is potentially inherent in every child by nature and you just need to support and guide him... And then, almost any child will be able to learn with interest and a positive effect for him. Negative the influence of mobbing can have a negative impact on the child’s personality, self-esteem and perception of himself as a whole, undermine faith in himself, his abilities and capabilities. And even lead to a nervous breakdown and psychosomatic manifestations: withdrawal, depression, manifestation of dependent behavior: excessive passion for computers, games... Contribute to the emergence of destructive behavior. Mobbing»…
